I've got a USB audio interface (Hotone Jogg) connected to a Raspberry Pi 4 and it has significantly more input noise than when it is connected to my Windows PC.
Recording input from both sources shows that the noise is a full 20dB louder when connected to the Pi4, which puts it into the annoyingly audible range.
The power supply I'm using for the Pi is one that came with a CanaKit starter kit:

The audio interface is being powered via USB (either by the Pi or my PC).
Any thoughts on why this is the case, and what I might try to do to fix it? Thanks!
