Hi all, I hope this is the right place for this.

I’m planning to develop an interactive art installation using several Raspberry Pi 5 devices in an underground tunnel with high humidity. To protect the Raspberry Pi units from moisture, I’m considering placing them in IP67-rated enclosures or using potting techniques. However, I haven’t found many examples of Raspberry Pi 5 devices being used in such extreme conditions, and I’m concerned about potential overheating issues.

The environment is expected to remain relatively cool, but since the Raspberry Pi 5 will be running LLM models continuously for 24 hours a day over a 4-month period, I’m worried that enclosing them in sealed cases might cause excessive heat buildup.

Do you have any suggestions on how to best protect the Raspberry Pi from humidity while ensuring adequate heat dissipation?
