PICO_FLASH_SIZE_BYTES seems okay (134217728).

Here's the problem. That size is NOT okay.

It should be 16*1024*1024. Not 128*1024*1024.

I opened the datasheet and saw "W25Q128JV: 128M-bit / 16M-byte." Whoops. Big difference between M-bit and M-byte.
