Dietpi uses the Debian and Rpios repos. pi-apps is nice for software that isn't available in the repos or flatpaks, although some of what it offers is way way outdated (Tor Browser and Mullvad Browser both were last updated in Feb).Outside to the Pi folk you also have https://dietpi.com and https://pi-apps.io
Remember with any third party software - listing does not guarantee support (or quality TBH) and for these it's best to look to the creators support forum / GitHub etc and see how fixes, questions and bugs are handled.
